G. Gabriel Cole, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Since its inception in 1993, Gabe has managed RTE Group, a strategic consulting firm,
with a focus on data centers and technology facilities.  Mr. Cole is an industry leader in
the data center real estate and infrastructure field.  He has written several articles and is
frequently called upon to give his expert opinion with regards to data center
technologies.  Mr. Cole has also founded and managed other successful entities
during this time.

In 2003, Mr. Cole co-founded and served as the Executive Manager of Enclave
Properties, LLC, an investor in data center real estate involving acquisition, leasing,
financing, asset management, operation, and disposition.  Enclave’s data center
assets were acquired by Digital Realty Trust in 2005.

In the late 1990’s, Mr. Cole was one of three founders of CO Space, Inc., a leading
provider of colocation and data center facilities and related operations services to the
telecommunications, data, and Internet markets.  CO Space built and operated seven
world-class data centers and had an additional 7 under development. CO Space was
acquired by Internap Network Services Corporation in 2000.  

Mr. Cole is a civil structural engineer by training and spent several years at Simpson
Gumpertz & Heger, an engineering consulting firm specializing in failure and reliability
analysis of buildings and infrastructure.  

Mr Cole holds SB and SM degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Christopher Davies, Vice President

In his current position, Chris oversees RTE Group’s finance, accounting, and
administrative functions.  Mr. Davies joined RTE Group in 2004 as Director of Financial
Planning and Analysis responsible for managing the company’s financial and strategic
planning functions.  

From 1996 through 2004, Mr. Davies was with Lycos, Inc., an Internet portal company, in
various financial positions concluding as Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial
Planning & Analysis group.  In this capacity, Mr. Davies was responsible for all aspects
of the corporate financial planning and analysis functions as well as tracking overall
product profitability, management reporting and supporting M&A activities.  

Mr. Davies earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley College.
